I wanted to do an empowerment shoot with Mae to celebrate myself and my journey. Sometimes it can be hard to accept change especially if you weren’t expecting it. I wanted to celebrate this version of myself and the experiences that have made me the woman I am now.

I would describe Oasis as an empowering and mindful experience about self expression and self love. Working with Mae was such a wonderful experience, struggling with self confidence can be a real uphill battle, Mae made sure I was comfortable and confident!

On my journey back to self I have recently learnt about giving myself time and allowing healing. I always find that I feel under pressure to “roll with the punches” and to pick myself up. And whilst that’s true, allowing time to process and return back has been an integral part of healing, growing and returning back to self.
