What was the Intention behind your shoot?
Doing this shoot was about capturing the sacred time I'm currently in, celebrating my body evolving to welcome in a new life. I had no expectation of what would come from the shoot, trusting the journey to unfold naturally with Mae's guidance and creative eye she has. I had admired her work from afar of how she captured women so beautifully so was excited to have this experience myself. I think it's an experience all women need to have!

What was the best part of your shoot?
It was so exciting having Mae whisk out an array of gorgeous outfits for me! Her choices made me feel so beautiful and feminine, it also made the experience feel very special. Seeing her excitement of what she was capturing was very encouraging while being in front of the lens. I loved being guided with how to move too, I'm usually quite awkward in front of the camera so appreciated the direction Mae gave.
